REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Pit Stop order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Because our spray is a topical/fabric-care product, opened or used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Unopened, unused items in original packaging remain eligible for return within the 30-day window.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
