A Note From Someone Who Trains Daily
My White Gym Shirts Kept Dying Young. Here's What Changed.
If you train regularly, you know the cycle. White or light shirts look great for a few weeks, then the underarm stains show up, and suddenly you're buying replacements again.
I was going through shirts faster than I liked to admit. It wasn't the workouts wearing them out — it was the stains I never actually dealt with, just quietly moved on from.
Now I keep a stain spray in my gym bag. Spray it on after a session, let it work before it goes in the wash, and the shirt actually makes it back into rotation instead of the donate pile.
Small habit, but it's genuinely stretched how long my gym wardrobe actually lasts.
How it works
- Spray directly on the underarm stain
- Wait 3-5 minutes for the formula to work
- Wash as usual, or wipe clean
